Responsibilities:
Responsible in determine staffing needs.
Research and choose job advertising options.
Screening resumes.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
Communicating company information and benefits during screening process.
Coordinating interviews with the top Management.
Following up on the interview process status.
Performing reference and background checks.
Making recommendations to company.
Implement new sourcing methods.
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Discuss training requirements with Management and develop training programs to improve skills throughout the company.
Plan and evaluate the resources needed to meet training and development goals.
Training and development officers manage training programs to ensure they are delivering results.
Prepare progress reports for the Top Management and maintain employees’ training records.
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
Administering appropriate company assessments.
Conduct appraisals & exercise warning letters.
Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and government laws regarding employment practices.
Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees.
Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned.
